Com. Please act immediately and write a
letter to the DAP concerned enclosing the below placed two letters
requesting to give promotion to the MTS who passed in two papers but
failed in type test in the Departmental exam for promotion to LDC in
PAOs held in the month of August 2016. It should be seen that the
promotions are given before 31-12-2016.
