1. MADHYA PRADESH
The State level JCA Joint convention of M. P. Circle was held at Bhopal. About 200 Divisional secretaries and all the circle secretaries of NFPE, FNPO and GDS unions attended. Com. M. Krishnan, Secretary General, NFPE, Com. T. N. Rahate President FNPO, Com. Balwinder Singh, Financial Secretary, P3 CHQ, Com. Mahendra Pratap singh Vice President GDS addressed the convention. The convention was well organized and there was more enthusiasm felt among the participants and the convention was a very big success.
2. JHARKHAND
The State level convention was held at Ranchi GPO and there was a good gathering ground 100 comrades from all Divisions. Com. R. N. Parashar, Asst. Secretary General, NFPE, Com. R. K. Ambasta, Deputy General Secretary R3 FNPO, Ashok Kumar Singh, General Secretary, R3, FNPO and Com. Jageshwar Sahu, Asst. General Secretary, GDSU addressed the convention. The convention ended with the determination to make the 5th July programme by 100% success.
3. PUNJAB
The State level convention of Punjab Circle was held at Ludhiana and around 100 Divisional Secretaries, office bearers of all the unions participated. Com. Ishwar Singh Dabas, General Secretary, p4 NFPE was the main speaker. The convention ended with the note of unity and sent the message for strong action from 05.07.2010.
4. ANDHRA PRADESH
A. P. Circle unions organized a mamooth gathering of all Divisional secretaries of NFPE, FNPO & GDS unions at Hyderabad and more than 350 office bearers participated in the convention held at Hyderabad on 29.05.2011 Com. D. Kishnarao, General Secretary, P3 FNPO and com. Satyanaryana, General Secretary, Postal Accounts, NFPE, Com. Seethalakshmi, Asst. Secretary General NFPE, Com. Panduranga Rao, Asstt. General Secretary, GDS and Com. B. Shivkumar, ASG, FNPO addressed the convention. The convention was a great success.
5. ODISHA
The Convention was well attend by around 250 comrades through out the circle and it was presided by Com. R. C. Mishra, All India Vice President, P3, CHQ Com. P. Suresh, General Secretary, R4, NFPE, Com. Nirmal Singh, Circle Secretary, GDS addressed the convention. The convention ended with the firm commitment to make the strike grand success.
6. BIHAR
State Convention was held on 29.05.2011. Presided by Com. Tripathi, Circle Secretary, R3, FNPO, U. P. Circle. Com. Giriraj Singh, General Secretary, R-3, NFPE addressed the convention. About 200 Divisional/Circle Secretaries and office bearers of NFPE, FNPO and GDS unions attended. All Circle Secretaries also addressed. Indeed a very grand convention.
7. CHATTISGARH
A state level convention conducted at Durg. Com. D. K. Rahate, All India President, NFPE and other leaders addressed. More than 150 comrades attended. The convention decided to make the indefinite strike 100% success.
In the remaining Circles the state level convention will be held on the following dates: -
05.06.2011 - Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamilnadu, Uttar Pradesh
12.06.2011 - Gujarat, Kerala, Uttarakhand
04.06.2011 - Karnataka, Haryana
Date not yet finalized – Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, North East, West Bengal

ReplyDeleteWith regards i the Secretary of NFPE Union Rajouri Division, Rajouri-185131 hereby have to come to notice that CPMG J&K have transfered Sh Ankush Verma OA Divisional Office Rajouri to DAP Jammu vide your memo no: SPC/PAO-Req/07 dated 08/07/2011. I request to CPMG J&K Cirlce under what circumstances and what criteria has been taken by your good self for transfer of Junior Most PA when the senior are ignored. I request your good self to plz give the reasons for such Unusual transfer order ignoring the seniors. I wonder if any monetray transactions have taken place in the issuance of said transfer orders as each and every Senior PA of Rajouri Div has given his willingness for DAP Jammu and why only the request of Sh Ankush Verma the Junior most PA has taken into consideration. Only the Monetary transaction, ( Some foul play) being the only and the main reason. His father is very close aide to C.O, is this the other reason for transfer.
The Senior Most PA's of Rajouri Div feel harassed by such orders. I request to CPMG J&K Circle to leave behind the personal monetary profits behind and take into the consideration of request of other PA's also. I hence request your good self to cancel such orders and orders issued be on the seniority basis and a proper criteria be followed and not the one as done in this case.
I finally request your good self to cancel such orders otherwise a nation wide agitaion by NFPE be taken out and agitaion in J&k particularly. Even we will move to tribunal or CAT/Court for our rights as the even constitution has provision for rights.
Copy Of orders enclosed attached for kind info and n/a pl. Member personnel to act and ask for such un expected orders. Sectretary Posts for info and taken into consideration the career of our union members and safe guarding of thier rights.
